Sri Siddalingeshwara Graphics now SSG Print & Packs was established in 2003 by Mr. T. Mhahesha and Mr. T. Krishna Prakash, Brothers & Founders and Managing Partners who adeptly managed and succeeded in the printing arena by catering to clients' needs along with the support of their efficient staff and expertise in printing technology. The Founders' focus has always been on quality delivery coupled with cost-effective printing and packaging solutions to their clients' needs.

SSG Print & Packs headquartered in Bangalore, the Commercial hub of South India is proud of its high-end human capital which is well trained and equipped to handle the ever evolving technology knowhow in the printing and packaging world. The earnestness, quality control and more importantly strict adherence to delivery timelines has enabled SSG Print & Packs to continue to grow year-on-year to greater heights ever since it was established in 2003.

Pre-Press

Pre-Press stage is the preliminary stage of printing. This stage emphasizes on planning and designing of the output. CTP which is so aptly called the heart of the offset printing process, We employ Kodak Prinergy Workflow and Kodak CTP solution which is one of the latest pre-press solutions that ensures standardized digital workflow for error free pre press. We have the latest screening technology and packaging solutions in the workflow software with Cip4 connectivity to our komori printing machines.

Press

Press stage is the fundamental and the most crucial stage of the printing process. This is the stage where the actual printing of the package occurs. Our top end Komori Presses are GL 37" (brand new) with Coater IR drier, Komori E 29" (brand new) and Komori Lithrone 26" capable of printing on most of the Substrates and to various sizes. With the latest quality control systems and automation equipped in the Komori machine like KHS-AI, PCC etc..we are capable of producing 25lakhs and more finished cartons per day with lamination, coating and UV.

Post-Press

Brand new Auto die cutting machines, precise Foil stamping machines, Off line UV printing machine with drip off and other options, Lamination machines including thermal lamination machines, Online gathering and pinning machine, carton gluing machines for various carton locking styles and perfect binding machine are the hallmarks of this department. Our Quality control and inspection department is equipped with a trained and skilled people and quality testing equipments.
